It's perfect for a family vacation. The accommodation is 40 square meters, has two bedrooms with plenty of storage space and can sleep up to 5 people. You'll love its quiet location, close to the beach. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement NEW! Warm and well appointed, it is located within a residential leisure park "les cottages de La Baule", between La Baule and Guérande having from the month of July a shared indoor pool, playgrounds for children for summer and a ball court. The cottage includes: - a room with a double bed; - a second bedroom a bed for people under 50 kg and a twin bed (2x80); - a shower room; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a lounge area to relax after a day of walking; - a dining area; - a garden; - and a communal pool. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. Your cottage is number 10. The accommodation is non-smoking. You can go cycling through the Véloocé to the Baule and Guérande. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, parking space on site. One of the advantages of the apartment is its location with direct access to the Véloocé (La Baule beach) at 11 minutes by bike.
It is also located close to: - the salt marshes and the fortified city of Guérande; - sports activities (tennis, golf practice, golf 18 holes ...) ; - nautical activities of Pornichet, Baule and Pouliguen; - Saint-Nazaire and its shipyards; - from the Croisic and Turballe fishing port; - restaurants and the La Baule market area for shopping; - from the Regional Natural Park of Briere, to visit its marshes; - of Saint-Nazaire and its shipyards; and many others...
