Located on the 5ᵉ floor with elevator, it comprises: - bedroom with double bed; - a fully equipped kitchen ; - a shower room; - a loggia that opens out completely through bay windows; - a lounge to relax in after a day's outing.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Private parking space in the cellar, Oven, Wifi, etc.
Sheets and towels are optional (supplied at extra cost).
You'll particularly appreciate its location: - close to various restaurants; - close to the beach; - 1 minute's walk from a "Carrefour City" for everyday shopping.

L'emplacement est génial. Tout peut se faire à pied dans le centre. Nous avons agréable séjour, l'appartement est propre, calme, bien équipé. Carrefour à proximité pour ce qu'il manque. Super beau, vue panoramique incroyable. Un vrai cocon d'amour !
