Looking forward to seeing you! ## Logement - Prime location : Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor with lift, just 8 minutes by car or on foot from the Place de la Comédie, and close to the city's main attractions. - Outdoor spaces : Enjoy two sunny terraces, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing moments. - Swimming pool access: Relax in the residence's own swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September (standard swimming costume required). - Maximum comfort: The accommodation comprises three bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with modern shower and a large, bright living room. Facilities included: -Private parking space, with space for an oversized vehicle. -Wifi connection, television, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. - Bed linen and towels provided, with professional cleaning carried out before and after each stay. A Book is at your disposal to help you discover the attractions of the city and its surroundings! ## Emplacement In the heart of the Occitanie region, just a dozen kilometres from the Mediterranean, Montpellier, the capital of Languedoc, is unveiled, with its rich heritage that was awarded the Ville et Pays d'Art et d'Histoire label in 2019. To start your discovery of the places, head to the highest point of Montpellier, with the famous promenade du Peyrou, a haven of peace prized by Montpellier.
Terraced gardens were set up at the end of the 17th century, offering lovers incredible opportunities.
From the upper terrace, where rises a beautiful water tower and an equestrian statue of Louis XIV, you will have a superb view of the roofs of the city, the surrounding garrigue, the Pic Saint-Loup, the Cévennes or the Pyrenees on a clear day! Then head to the Crest, the historic centre of Montpellier, nicknamed for its outline in the shape of an ancient French shield.
Keep your eyes sharp to admire the traces of medieval Montpellier.
One of the most telling examples is the Gayon Hotel, dating from the 13th and 15th centuries, which houses in one of its ancient rooms a magnificent medieval fresco depicting the life of Saint Eustache, the patron saint of the drapers.
Continue your exploration of the past by going to Place de la Comédie, built in the 18th century.
This is one of the largest pedestrian areas in Europe, 230 metres long and 50 metres wide! The walk is very pleasant between the pretty Haussmann buildings, the magnificent Montpellier opera house with its carved stone dress, the sunny coffee terraces, not to mention the elegant fountain of the Three Graces.
The latter is a marvel of architecture: admire the piling of rocks on a circular platform from which emerges the group of Three Graces.

Pool og lejlighedens faciliteter.
Rengøringen kan klart forbedres. Vi måtte rengøre hele køkkenet og inventar, da vi ankom. Servicen var beskidt og fedtet. Ovn, køleskab og fryser var ligeledes beskidt.
I skuffer på værelserne fandt vi tom mademballage og en brugt skraber.
Blæserne i soveværelserne larmer ekstremt meget, de kunne med fordel udskiftes til en mere lydløs model.

Overall the apartment felt tired, and could do with a proper cleaning, especially the kitchen and the floors.
No aircon when it iwas 32 degrees, was a bit of a challange
