Situated in the heart of Saint-Brieuc Bay, close to local amenities, it offers a haven of tranquillity for holidays with family or friends.
This house can accommodate up to 10 people and comprises a cosy 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms and four shower rooms.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living area, equipped with a television and a double sofa bed - A modern, fully equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and hobs... - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) with storage, en-suite shower room with shower and vanity unit - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) with storage, en-suite shower room with shower and vanity unit - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) with storage, en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit - Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200) with storage, en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin unit - Two separate toilets, - A bright and functional study area in the upstairs hallway, - A utility room with a washing machine on the ground floor, To enhance your comfort, the owners have equipped the house with various additional items: a barbecue, a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a plancha, as well as an ironing board and an iron. Outdoors: - The large 20 m² terrace is fully equipped for al fresco dining and drinks for 10 people, complete with a parasol, cushions, fixed and portable outdoor lamps, and a solar-powered string of lights that switches on automatically. You’ll also find several local amenities nearby: a Leclerc two minutes’ drive away, as well as an Aldi, a Picard and a bakery less than a minute’s drive away. Activities: A wide range of water sports are available, such as windsurfing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing and diving.
You’ll also find zoos, walking trails and various cultural attractions.
A folder containing all the information from the tourist office is available for you to use in the accommodation. Transport: Free public car parks are available on the street.
The house is less than 2 minutes from the RN12. The bus stop for the beach is an 8-minute walk away. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic). - The fireplace is not in working order. - The cul-de-sac at the entrance to the property is narrow and may not be suitable for parking large vehicles. - Parking is available on the street leading to the house (approximately 15 metres from the car park). - Pets are permitted for an additional charge of €30 per stay (only one pet allowed); please specify this at the time of booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.

L'agencement de la maison est plutôt bien pensé et agréable, accueillant (proposition de visite, photos de l'évolution de la maison, extérieur).
Points négatifs : le nettoyage, sol propre mais vitres sales, poussière sous canapé et cheminée, tâches suspectes sur mur des sanitaires du bas.

Très beau logement dans un budget raisonnable, bien équipé où on s’y sent bien. Faire attention à ne pas déranger les voisins qui sont relativement proche mais ça n’enlève en rien la qualité du logement et des services. Très bon contact avec les hôtes, nous recommandons 😊

Très belle maison pour 8 personnes. Les plus : salle de bain dans chaque chambre et grande pièce à vivre. Impeccable . Hôte très accueillant et réactif. Juste quelques casseroles pour des repas de 8 personnes serait un plus. Le parking devant la maison est un plus quand on a un minibus
