The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has this charming 80 m² house in Les Ormes to rent for up to 2 people.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 1000 m².
Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Laundry room with washing machine and WC, accessible from the outside First floor: - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A beautiful 1000 m² garden and a 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Les Ormes, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Visit to the Château des Ormes - Canoe trips on the Vienne river - Saint-Benoît-la-Forêt adventure park - Visit to Châtellerault - Brenne Regional Nature Park - Visit to Saint-Savin Abbey - Haut-Poitou golf course - Discover the local gastronomy - Futuroscope Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Châtellerault station 20 km away (about 20 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Poitiers-Biard airport, 50 km away (about 50 minutes by car) Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - Umbrella bed and chair available.

No comfortable chairs to sit on downstairs.No cushions for outside seating.No local information i.e. supermarkets, restaurants, places to visit, along with opening times.No parasol ( told previous visitor had broken it)No recycling details.No door on shower room. Very limited space to put anything, i.e. dressing table stuff or usable space in kitchen.

I stayed in this lovely cottage while starting renovations on a nearby stone barn. It was such a lovely place that I extended my stay twice just to be there. Super in every way!
