Located on the 2nd floor, it comprises an attractive 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, 2 armchairs and a dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom cabin: with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 12 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather - A leisure area shared with several buildings, located 450 m from the flat. - 1 heated outdoor swimming pool (when outside temperatures fall below 20°C) - 1 whirlpool bath - 1 or 2 saunas (depending on use) - 1 fitness room Partially open from mid-May : - Ascension weekend - Whitsun weekend - Last weekend in May - All weekends in June Open 7 days a week during the summer school holidays (Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence in the event of an event, for example). The Domaine de l'Arselle / Les Villages du Bachat is a *** tourist residence that was completely renovated in 2006/2007 to welcome families and all lovers of nature and sporting activities: skiing, sledging, hiking, etc. If you come out of season, almost all the shops are closed.
Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay. Situated in the heart of a spruce forest and a stone's throw from a listed nature reserve, with a magnificent view of the Taillefer Massif and the Arselle plateau, this residence features modern architecture, with 8 mini villages that blend perfectly into the environment. It's a lively area with all the services tenants expect: mini-market, bar, restaurants, ski equipment hire.
Everything is within walking distance.
You don't need a car. Activities : - Hiking trails (on foot in summer and snowshoes in winter) start from the residence.
Nordic ski area nearby. - Toboggan runs, entertainment, bowling green and adventure course also on site. - Snowshoeing: 17 km of marked trails - Downhill skiing: 90 km of pistes, including 43 slopes and 15 ski lifts - Nordic skiing: 40 km of runs in a 44-hectare wooded area - Entertainment, shows, walks, orienteering, tennis, trails, horse-riding, via ferrata, water-skiing, mountain-biking, etc. can also keep your summer busy. Transport : - By car: you can park free of charge in the private car park (no allocated space, only one vehicle allowed). - Public car parks in the surrounding area are free.
There are plenty around the Arselle estate. - The accommodation is also accessible by train: from Grenoble station you can take a shuttle bus to Chamrousse.
There is a free shuttle bus from the Chamrousse resort to the foot of the flat. The resort is situated at an altitude of 1700 metres, which means that snow cover is not a problem during the winter months.
Snow tyres are compulsory.
Once you arrive, you can leave the car in the private parking area and enjoy the mountain. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
