Cocoonr is delighted to present this magnificent, luxury duplex in the town of Vannes, tastefully decorated and renovated using high-quality materials.
It offers 100 m² of living space and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This flat enjoys a rare location with views over Vannes harbour and its boats, offering you exclusive access to the town’s charm and the beauty of the harbour.
Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure you enjoy a first-class stay in a refined and comfortable setting. This top-floor flat, with no lift, comprises a beautiful, light-filled 40 m² living area, with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, separated by a glass partition, and three beautiful, spacious and restful bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and features a queen-size bed (160 x 200). Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each fitted with high-end bedding: one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and the other with two single beds (80 x 200), as well as a large walk-in wardrobe in each. The property also features a sofa bed (160) with a memory foam mattress for an extra sleeping space if required.
There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor (with a shower and two separate washbasins), and a separate toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a washing machine and tumble dryer… Outside: The flat is ideally situated in Vannes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Transport: - A bus stop right outside the building; the bus station is a 5-minute walk away. - If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby: the Qpark car park, which is secure and subject to a charge, is 50 metres away, or the Capucins car park, which is free and a 10-minute walk from the property. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF station, 10 minutes by car (2 km) - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 15 minutes by car (113 km) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - No smoking - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
