Just 2.8 km from the Basso Cambo metro station (large parking lot), which takes you to the historic center of Toulouse in 15 minutes, you can stay in this cottage and enjoy the Pink City! Ideal for a family with children or workers, it is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The La Ramée leisure center, located 3 km away, offers a wide range of outdoor activities: water sports on the lake, fishing, hiking, golf, tennis, swimming, and more.
The cottage is located on the first floor of the house, shared between the owner's apartment and another cottage on the same level. The door opens onto an entrance hall that leads to the living room (kitchen and dining room), which in turn opens onto a small lounge. A hallway leads to a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A (steep) staircase leads to the 2nd floor under the attic: the mezzanine houses a sleeping area with a single bed (90x190cm) and an office space, and connects to a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (120x190cm). Electric heating via a heat pump. Internet (Wi-Fi). Each room is equipped with a television.
TELEWORKING: A desk and lamp are provided (there is a nearby electrical outlet for connecting a laptop, and an extension cord and power strip are available upon request). High-speed Internet connection (Wi-Fi). 4G phone coverage (operator: Bouygues).
