Cocoonr offers this charming 200 m², 3-storey Provencal farmhouse with swimming pool for rent in the commune of Vedène. It can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A large entrance hall - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and fireplace - A large fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, large electric oven, microwave oven, gas hob, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a fireplace. - Utility room - Separate WC 1ᵉʳ floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), washbasin area, wardrobe - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), washbasin area, wardrobe - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190), washbasin area, wardrobe - Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190) with double wardrobe - Bathroom with bath - Bathroom with shower - Two separate WCs 2ᵉ floor: - A large room with two single beds and a sports room - A 30 m² terrace with no furniture For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: electric plancha, electric barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private, unheated swimming pool is open from June to the end of September and is surrounded by fencing. - A lovely 500 m², south-facing, fully enclosed garden includes an unheated swimming pool, sun loungers, garden furniture, tables, chairs and parasol, as well as a pizza oven and work surface with electric barbecue and griddle. The house is set in very pleasant surroundings, at the end of a cul-de-sac. A 700-metre walk will take you to a bakery, fishmonger's, butcher's, chemist's, wine cellar, as well as a supermarket selling exotic produce and a mini-market.
A 2 km drive will take you to the shopping centre at Le Pontet, with the region's largest Auchan supermarket and a host of big-name retailers.
Leclerc, Lidl and Aldi supermarkets are also 4 km away by car. What to do: - 3 km from the ramparts of Avignon - Nearby: golf, squash, gym, climbing and escape game (less than 4 km away). Public transport: The site has private parking for 4 cars, as well as additional spaces outside. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Avignon Centre train station 15 minutes away. - Avignon TGV station 20 minutes away. - Airport available in Avignon or Marseille. Other remarks : - No rooms on the ground floor. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Fireplaces are functional, wood supplied on request. - Pets not accepted. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
