The sleeping area accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, all featuring their own en-suite bathroom or shower room, ensuring complete privacy for everyone. Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 160 cm double bed, television, direct access to the pool, en-suite bathroom/WC. Bedroom 2 (Ground floor): 140 cm double bed, en-suite shower room/WC. Bedroom 3 (Upper floor): 140 cm double bed, en-suite shower room, access to a private solarium. Bedroom 4 (Upper floor): 140 cm double bed, en-suite shower room. This layout, with four double bedrooms and four private bathrooms/shower rooms, is ideal for couples of friends or families with adults and teenagers. The 1,700 sqm garden offers beautiful outdoor spaces where you can unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
The private swimming pool (9 x 5 m) is secured with an alarm system for added peace of mind. The terraces are thoughtfully arranged with outdoor lounge furniture, sun loungers and a pool house equipped with a barbecue.
