Can we bring our pets to the property?
Whilst we love animals the building is pet free considering those with allergies.
Is there space for us to park our car?
We have a permit for on street parking for one vehicle - if you would like to use this please contact us once booked with the vehicle registration!
Can we use the property for our party?
Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy.
They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us. We have a camera in place for general security, covering the outside alleyway only.
It doesn’t overlook any indoor spaces or private areas.

Das Meiste.
Tolle Dusche, überall sehr weicher Teppich, ausreichend Platz für Kleidung, sehr gemütlich
Kein Toaster. Die Betten (Matratzen) sind sehr schmal (180x140cm?). Nur ein Geschirrhandtuch.

We could not gain access for about 10 min as the key did not fit correctly. Maintenance man was sent out and gave us another key.
Road system in Ipswich was difficult.
House was set up well and clean. Need mirrors in the bedrooms. No plug socket in back bedroom.
Amazing, very impressed with the property. Clean, spacious and family friendly.

The property was very clean. The host went out of her way to make our stay lovely. She provided milk, eggs, bread and other breakfast items.it was so kind of her. The house is very spacious and lovely.
The parking outside, although this is not the fault of the host as it’s street parking outside. It was difficult to find a space.
