Detached house of 50 sq.m. approximately realized by the restoration of an old tower , set on the 1st floor, entirely in stone, with wooden ceilings , entrance hall with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Garden for exclusive use with umbrella, table and chairs and BBQ. Equipped with satellite tv , heating and independent entrance.
A few meters from the house you can book an additional room with separate entrance and private bathroom for 2 guests.

Die An- und Abreise durch das Gebirge war gewöhnungsbedürftig! Der Pool wird erst am 1.6. eröffnet, nicht wie in der Annonce am 1.5.! Der Wasserdruck war leider auch zu niedrig, so dass Duschen und Haare waschen etwas problematisch waren. Maria hat das aber durch ihre nette herzliche Art gut ausgeglichen. Wir würden auch wieder hinfahren!

Ein schönes Häuschen in wunderschöner Umgebung. Maria ist eine sorgsame Gastgeberin. Wir verbrachten 6 schöne Tage dort. Die Ausstattung ist etwas puristisch, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig okay.

La casetta è bella e confortevole adatta per una vacanza rilassante e tranquilla. L'agriturismo offre una vista notevole sulle colline circostanti e sul castello di Romena. Vicino oltre ai piccoli borghi toscani con castelli e conventi c'è anche il parco naturale di Falterona raggiungibile in pochi ...
