Villa NAPOLEON is located in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto. In this area there are the main villas and townhouses of Miami Playa. The proximity of the beach, the silence, the lack of high-rise buildings and apartment blocks, as well as the presence of pine planting provides for the travelers maximum comfort. For those who are coming in July and August - the hottest season, it's nice to feel a noticeable breeze that comes from pine planting in front of the house.
In the house on the ground floor: living room with dining area opening onto an outdoor terrace, a barbecue and a swimming pool (the pool is equipped with a shower), a fully equipped modern kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker). There are a bedroom with a folding bed ( in the unfolded state of 160x200), bathroom with shower, garage.
On the first floor there are: master bedroom suite with access to the outdoor terrace (shower in the bathroom , bed 180x200 ), 2 guest bedrooms, each with 150x200 bed , bathroom with a bath.
For those who are traveling with kids - we place the a wooden fence along the swimming pool - the safety for your children.
The house is furnished in a classic French style.
Air conditionings in the house are in the living room on the ground floor and in all bedrooms on the second floor.
The house has an alarm with photo detectors. A photo is taken in the case of the alarm. It does not record video.
Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 4-5 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.

The villa was super and the agents were so helpful, we liked everything and had hoped to book for the summer but I think this little bit of paradise is fully booked.
Perhaps there could be some condiments, such as olive oil, salt, pepper and washing up materials but there really is not a lot to improve

Very good house, spacious, practical. Well equiped. Lot of privacy! Close to beach/boulevard. Nice pool, with a part for little children (but you should always supervise, of course!) very friendly and helpful agency. Good and fast communication. Some minor details. Like: rather smalle car space.
