Villa Perla is a pearl among our villas. Luxurious house in the green zone of the town of Hospitalet Del Infant, 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes walking distance from the beach Arenal and located right in front of the picturesque greenery of the mountainous terrain.
The villa has 380m2, the year of construction 2010, the plot - 700m2.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living room is very spacious and bright with a nice view to the garden and the pool. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, plus there is an outside dining room with barbecue.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a huge terrace with direct access to the spacious living and dining room. The terrace has a garden furniture and the sun beds. The view from the living room, dining room and terrace overlooks the pool and garden.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, fully equipped with household appliances, a laundry, a bedroom with a double bed 150x200, a bathroom with a shower and a bidet.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom suite with dressing room and bathroom with Jacuzzi, but the Jacuzzi system is not in working condition (use only as a bath). In the main bedroom there is a double bed 180x200 and a bed of a kangaroo, consisting of 2 individual beds. Also on this floor there are: a children's bedroom with 2 separate beds in Ferrari style 80x190 and a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, as well as a bathroom serving these 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms of the first floor have the air conditioning.
In the garden there are swimming pool, lawn, coniferous trees. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and pizza oven. A private gardener comes 2 times per week to take care of the pool and the garden. The house has air conditioning and wi-fi.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.

Service client au top : nous sommes arrivés en avance et avons pu recuperer les clés plus tôt. Agence très réactive par mail ou par téléphone.
La maison est superbe, au calme mais a proximité de tout. Très bien équipée et vraiment adaptée aux familles.
Nous avons adoré.

Es war ein angenehmer schöner Aufenthalt.Ein paar kleinere Mängel waren am Haus vorhanden. Fernbedienung des Fernseher defekt. Eine Tür lies sich nicht schließen. Agentur hat auf die Meldung sehr schnell reagiert und innerhalb von einer Stunde war ein netter Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Leider könnten die M...

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en Villa Perla y, sin duda, repetiremos. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades, incluido aire acondicionado en las habitaciónes y se encuentra en una zona tranquila, cerca de la playa, del pueblo y de un centro comercial.
