Villa La Perla is a spectacular luxury villa with 380 m2, built in 2010 on a plot of 700 m2 with a private pool, garden and fantastic views. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The Arenal beach, in L'Hospitalet de l'Infant, is located in the urban centre and near the marina.

It is the largest beach in Hospitalet de l'Infant and the closest to the town, with fine sand, transparent waters and very flat.

For families with older children, this beach offers different nautical and sports activities, such as kayaking, sailing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing or windsurfing, among others and of course enjoying the sun, tranquillity and landscape.



The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is also located nearby. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean.
