The Spanish enclave Llivia where you will enjoy a beautiful castle and restaurants on site. The cottage is located just 5 minutes from Bourg-Madame, the supermarket and 30 minutes from the Spanish ski area LA MOLINA or Cambre d'Aze, in Eyne / St Pierre dels Forcats.
For the more adventurous, you can go for beautiful walks or bike rides in the surrounding area and activities at Puigmal. Around Palau de Cerdagne, magnificent landscapes are to be discovered. After a day of hiking or sightseeing, you can enjoy a beautiful private unenclosed terrace with garden furniture to relax and breathe the mountain air. Private parking in the subdivision.

Un gîte au milieu d'un lotissement mais au calme, bien agencé, il manque juste un fauteuil. Un gîte très bien placé, à 5mn de Bourg Madame pour prendre le petit train jaune, les bains de Llo et les fours solaires. On peut faire ses courses en Espagne à Puigcerdà qui est à 5mn par les petites routes....

Si le gite est plutôt bien placé et l'accueil par une voisine non propriétaire est très bon, il est particulièrement sombre par sa conception architecturale tout en profondeur. Il est bien équipé mais le confort pourrait être amélioré : le canapé est très inconfortable, pas de fauteuil ni de table basse et surtout la terrasse est inutilisable : plein sud, sans ombre et surtout sans parasol.
