In a large courtyard (1,600 m²) and an enclosed wooded garden (4,400 m²) shared with the other occupants of the estate and the owners' apartment (there are 3 other gîtes), you will stay in an old winegrower's house with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs (not recommended for people with reduced mobility).
This 56 m² gîte comprises: Ground floor: living room with a 15 m² kitchen area opening onto a private terrace (18 m²), garden furniture.
Upstairs: two 13 m² bedrooms (two twin beds 90 x 190 cm), one 7 m² bedroom (one bed 90 x 190 cm), shower room (1 m²), and separate toilet.
Electric heating; television, fans, and washing machine are available in the gîte.
Reserved parking space in the enclosed courtyard.
A barbecue, a ping-pong table, and a covered bicycle storage area are available for guests of the gîtes.
A baby crib and high chair are available upon request prior to arrival.
Two electric car charging points are available (slow-speed charging).
The actual cost of consumption is charged at the current kWh rate.
Please notify the owner in advance.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: coastal beaches, Sète (port, jousting), Mèze and Bouzigues (villages bordering the Thau lagoon, oyster farming), Montpellier (Fabre Museum, summer festivals), Pézenas (heritage, home of Molière), Cap d'Agde seaside resort, Béziers (the 9 locks, Canal du Midi), Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and the Hérault Gorges, etc.
Overflowing capacity is not permitted.
In the event of cleaning not completed at the end of the stay, a €50 charge will be deducted from the deposit.
Your pet is welcome, in accordance with the Gîtes de France welcome charter. (Available: request it from the reservations department.) Only one pet is allowed, subject to a specific deposit of €50.

Très bon séjour dans ce gîte. Idéal pour une famille. Les propriétaires sont attentifs à la qualité des gîtes qu'ils proposent. Il y a même une petite surprise très appréciée à l'arrivée dans le gîte et dans tous les gîtes. Des remerciements spécifiques à la personne qui assure l'entretien des gîtes. C'est nikel !

Gîte très agréable pour les vacances,bien aménagé pour un séjour à 5.Nous n'avons manqué de rien en terme d équipement..Un + pour le cadre extérieur entièrement clos ( sécurisé pour les enfants et les toutous) et très calme.Merci pour votre accueil

Tout l'étage a été repeint, le sol refait, donc c'est très correct. Ce qui est très agréable c'est l'espace autour de la maison ( à partager avec les autres locataires) et le calme.
