This 28 m² studio offers all the modern comforts for a tailor-made holiday.
Located in a beautiful 1930s house, L'Olivier is one of two adjoining gîtes, each on one level with a separate entrance and a private terrace, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation in complete privacy.
The owners' house is upstairs, and a third gîte, in the form of an independent villa, is also located on site.
From June to September, with flexible opening hours from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool, in a setting decorated with palm trees and other Mediterranean plants.
The enclosed 900 m² communal garden, planted with trees, is a real haven of peace.
The village of Cabestany is perfectly located to discover the treasures of the region.
Explore nearby towns such as Perpignan, with its rich historical heritage, or head to Canet-en-Roussillon for a day at the beach.
You can also go hiking in the Albères massif or stroll through the local markets where you can discover Catalan specialties.
For specific reasons, mainly related to allergies, animals cannot be accommodated, except for visually impaired people with a guide dog.
