It comprises a living room with dining table and sitting area, with sofa and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven and microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, etc...
Then there are 2 bedrooms.
The first has a double bed (140*190) and storage space.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140*190) and two bunk beds (90*190). A terrace is at your disposal, as well as a barbecue area with all necessary garden furniture. You'll also have access to the swimming pool, where you can relax in the shade on the deckchairs. There's also a bar area in front of the pool, as well as a secure children's area where you can enjoy a meal or relax by the pool in peace and quiet. Parking is available in the free public parking lot on the street or along the lane. A washing machine is available. Pets on request, please contact the reservations department. Heating is extra at €30/week to be paid on site. Tourist attractions : The beaches are just a 5-minute drive away! Nearby, don't miss the town of Agde, with its charming medieval streets.
Cap d'Agde is famous for its beaches, lively marina and Aqualand water park, ideal for a family day out. You can also visit Pézenas, famous for its rich architectural heritage, craftsmen and Saturday morning market. The Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, crosses the region and offers opportunities for boat or bike rides along its shady banks. Finally, the surrounding vineyards offer tours and tastings of local wines, allowing you to discover the typical flavors of the region. The airport is 5km away and Agde train station 4km.

Un accueil très chaleureux, des conseils avisés pour les visites de la région, une attention et une écoute tournée vers le bien-être des vacanciers de la part des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le calme tout en étant à proximité du centre de Vias.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve aux Cigales! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Le gîte est très bien équipé et parfaitement situé. La propriété est calme et très bien entretenue, avec de beaux espaces extérieurs pour être tranquille. Nous avons adoré la piscine et son jardin, les enfants se sont régalés et nous aussi!Merci Muriel et Robert
