The KITCHEN has been fitted with top quality white goods and bespoke furniture, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.
On the ground floor there is also a cosy bedroom with sleeping space for four people.

On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, with sleeping space for seven people.
Each of the rooms has sofa beds and a wardrobe.

This spacious house is located in the district of Italy on Koziorożca Street in Warsaw. It is an exceptionally peaceful area surrounded by greenery - there are picturesque ponds in close proximity, around which walking paths are available. It is an ideal place for walking, jogging or relaxing among nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location of the house is a perfect offer for those seeking peace and quiet with simultaneous access to big-city attractions. The well-developed retail and service infrastructure adds to the comfort during any stay. Within a short distance, there are grocery shops where you can stock up on the most necessary products - Żabka (450 m) and Carrefour Express (450 m). An additional advantage are the nearby eating establishments - Pizzeria Włoskie Klimaty (350 m) and Hangiri Sushi Bar (300 m). This is a convenient solution for lovers of good kitchen, who do not have to look far for their favourite dishes. There is a bus stop just 500 metres away, providing a convenient connection to the city centre and other key points in the area. Thanks to its proximity to city transport, the area is well connected, yet away from the main traffic arteries, providing peace and quiet for residents. Those travelling by train will appreciate the fact that the railway station is approximately 800 m from the house. It takes up to 15 minutes to get to Chopin Airport by car or taxi.
