The style of Old Left Eixample is largely Neo-Romanesque, and visitors are encouraged to take a stroll through the neighborhood to observe the wonderful architecture.
The Universitat de Barcelona and the Plaça de la Universitat, both of which are only a few minutes’ walk from the flat, are good instances of this.
They will also come across The Mercat de Sant Antoni, the Ninot, where they may purchase some goods.
New Left Eixample was built in the 1930s and is more of a Monderisme style.
Close by are the Casa Batlló, the Escola Industrial, the Modelo Prison, and the Escorxador Slaughterhouses.
These structures, on the other hand, were built before the neighborhood was even conceived. Welcome to this 75 m2 spacious apartment in a building located just a few steps from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes.
