The balcony overlooks the botanical gardens and offers a superb view.
It's also ideal for having coffee or a drink outside! The apartment is close to transport and shops (there's a good bakery in the neighborhood). You'll be able to enjoy good food in the various cafés and restaurants in the city center (10 minutes' walk). Places of interest to visit - Nantes Art Museum, 150 m from the accommodation; - Château des ducs de Bretagne, 600 m away; - Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Cathedral, 650 m away; - Machines de l'Île, 20 minutes by bus; and much more... Or take a boat trip on the Erdre River! Each guest is professionally cleaned before and after arrival.
