Comfortable apartment with balcony located on Starowiejska street, in the beautiful estate “Nowa Letnica” in Gdansk. The investment combines proximity to the Gulf of Gdansk, a sandy beach (20 minutes on foot - about 2 km) and green areas with modern architecture.
