Outside there is off-road parking for one car with additional on-street parking and an enclosed rear courtyard with patio, gravelled area and furniture. There is gas central heating with a woodburning stove. The kitchen is served by an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. There is WiFi in the property. Fuel, power and starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.3 miles and beach less than 100 metres - across the road from the property. Please note that there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200.
