The flat is on two levels: on the first level there is a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom; on the second level there is an under roof (access via stairs) with a sofabed.


The apartment is on two levels, there is an internal staircase leading from the living room to the under roof (BEDROOM 3).

- LIVING ROOM with two sofas, table with chairs, TV, access to BEDROOM 3 in the under roof;

- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, bedside tables, clothes stand;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;


SECOND LEVEL

- BEDROOM 3 with single sofa bed, TV.

- From Venice Santa Lucia railway station you can take bus 35 from the ‘Piazzale Roma CORSIA B7’ stop to the ‘Oriago Sommo’ stop, a 4-minute walk from the flat.


- If you are travelling by car, you can park free of charge (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or on blue lines (for a fee).
