## Logement
Located in a peaceful setting, this bright and charming house, arranged over three levels, is ideal for families, groups of friends, as well as participants, support staff or professionals attending events at the Paul Ricard Circuit.
It is equally suitable for a weekend break or a week-long stay and offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the property while maintaining each guest’s comfort.
The house includes:
- seven bedrooms, with six double beds, three single beds, two bunk beds providing three single sleeping spaces, as well as three sofa beds ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- seven bathrooms and six toilets ;
- three dining areas, both indoors and outdoors ;
- a comfortable living room, ideal for getting together after a day of sightseeing, at the beach or at the circuit ;
- a large private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request.
This option must be booked and the security deposit paid no later than seven days before arrival for stays between 1 November and 31 March, and four days before arrival for stays between 1 April and 31 October ; - a large furnished terrace with a barbecue, offering superb open views over La Ciotat Bay, the surrounding vineyards and the village of La Cadière-d’Azur ; - three balconies to take in the fresh air and enjoy the view ; - a large landscaped garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying time together ; - a sauna ; - an outdoor hot tub ; - a table tennis table ; You will particularly appreciate the peaceful setting of the property, its generous living spaces and its comfort throughout the year.
The living room, kitchen and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Barbecue, Fireplace, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. It is worth noting that a parking/ garage will be available during your stay. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as: - the Castellet Village Médiéval 15 minutes walk; - Plage du Liouquet at 16 minutes; - Plage du Liouquet 16 minutes by car; - Plage Capucins 23 minutes by subway, and many more. However, this village of the Var does not lack charm and attractions.
Located in the heart of the vineyard of Bandol, it is a medieval character, picturesque and authentic where it is good to walk.
The entrance is through one of the two fortified gates, the Portalet or the Grand Gate, then take either of the cobbled and flowery streets.
Admire the old stone houses, browse through the many craft shops, stroll along the shady squares and discover a beautiful heritage. The castle, which now houses the town hall, dates back to the 15th century and offers a splendid panorama of the Sainte-Beaume massif and the vineyards below.
Not far from there, you will find the Trou de Madame, one of the many openings created in the ramparts, which also allows you to enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape.

Yann, le correspondant local de la conciergerie, a été top dès qu'il a pris le relai à 5 jours de la date de la réservation.
L'emplacement et la vue sont top.

Pas grand, sauf la température de la piscine avec les fortes chaleurs

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui est très spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée …Si nous devions donner un seul point négatif, ça serait les équipements pour la piscine( transats , poufs …) qui était vétustes et un peu poussiéreux… mais sinon nous avons été ravis et nous ...
