Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 150 m² house in Locmariaquer, with wifi internet access, which can accommodate up to 9 guests.
It has a lovely living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A living room with fireplace (wood not provided) Information: A television is available, but no access to TV channels is provided. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200) - Bathroom with shower and bath -Separate WC First floor: - Bedrooms 2 and 3 with double beds (140x190) - Bedroom 4 with 3 single beds - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 800 m² unfenced garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Locmariaquer, although a car is required to access the shops. Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Auray station 14 km away (23 min by car) Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided - Pets are allowed in the accommodation - The rooms located on the first floor do not have shutters, but blackout curtains. Autonomous arrival required: Access to the accommodation is from 5pm. Keys are to be collected from a key box on site.
