Living Room and Kitchen: The living room includes a comfortable queen-size sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), perfect after a ski outing or cycling adventure.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee machines, raclette set, kettle, and toaster.
A Smart TV is available to follow the news or stream your favorite content.
Bedroom: In addition to the sofa bed, the apartment features a separate bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), suitable for adults and offering a total of four sleeping places.
Bathroom: The bathroom includes a modern shower, sink, and toilet.
A hairdryer is available, and towels are provided for your comfort.
Other Equipment: - The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. - A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal laundry room, making it easy for you to handle your laundry during your stay. - On the ground floor, you’ll find everything you need to store your ski equipment. - We also provide (on request) all the necessary equipment for young children, including a travel cot and a high chair, so that the whole family can feel comfortable. - Board games are also available to liven up your evenings.
Winter Sports Access: The apartment is just 3 minutes by car from the Orelle gondola (with parking), connecting you to the 3 Vallées – the largest ski area in the world, with 600 km of slopes and 200 lifts.
In less than 20 minutes, you’ll reach the summit of Val Thorens at over 3,200 meters altitude! Good news: a free shuttle bus now serves the neighborhood! - Morning departures at 8:23 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. from the stop near the accommodation, heading to the Orelle gondola. - Return trips at 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. from the gondola station.
A great opportunity to enjoy both skiing and après-ski — without needing a car! The connection to Val Thorens is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm during the winter season.
You’re also near many Maurienne resorts: Valmeinier (20 min), Valloire (30 min), Les Karellis (30 min), Val Cenis (40 min), and more.

Everything is in place for warm and tasty moments in the open air! Summer Activities: Cycling, Hiking & Nature: Maurienne is the world’s largest cycling destination, with over 1,600 km of marked roads and legendary passes like Galibier, Croix-de-Fer, Télégraphe, Iseran, and Madeleine.
Orelle is a perfect starting point for both road cycling and MTB.
The nearby Vanoise National Park is ideal for hiking, with stunning scenery, wildlife, and alpine lakes.
Families can enjoy via ferrata, natural swimming spots, tree-top adventure parks, and local markets.
In summer (July and August), the connection to Val Thorens is open only on Tuesdays, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Outside the winter and summer seasons, the gondola remains closed.
Access: Located in the Maurienne Valley, the apartment is more accessible than Tarentaise resorts during peak seasons.

Beds are not made upon arrival. - A €500 deposit is required via Swikly (secure online platform, no charge or hold on your card). - Pets are not allowed. - The apartment is on the 4th floor and may not be accessible to guests with limited mobility (stairs only).

de kamer was enorm uitgerust.
Negative:
veel licht in de kamer en weinig verduistering mogelijkheden. ook dat er geen lift aanwezig is en het toch wel 4 verdiepen hoog is valt wat tegen. Zeker met ouderen of minder valide geen aanrader

Appeared to be a newly refurbished 1 bed top floor apartment. Clean and well equipped. Good communication with pleasant responsive rental agents, easy to find and very close to the lift upto the mountains for skiing. Happy with everything. No lift for luggage but this wasn't an issue for us.
