At the gateway to the Pyrenees, in a residential area of Villeneuve-de-Rivière, this recently built, single-story, south-facing villa is very well-equipped and tastefully decorated.
It boasts an enclosed 1000m² plot with attractive landscaping and two terraces, one of which is covered and south-facing, with views of the Pyrenees, from where you can see the Pic du Gar and Cagire.
The property also includes a courtyard and garage (electric gates). 2km from the Garonne River (a stage of the Via Garona hiking trail, the Way of St.
James) and 5km from Saint-Gaudens (shops, restaurants, Parc des Expositions, and cinema).
Aspet (20km), Luchon (45km), and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (17km).
Hiking, activities, and tours are available in the surrounding area: Save Gorges 18km away (swimming), Montréjeau Lake and Golf Course 10km away, Cardeilhac Forest Arboretum 11km away, Montmaurin Museum 15km away, and Bonnefont-en-Comminges Abbey 22km away.

Nous avons passé 2 bonnes semaines dans ce charmant gîte. Localisation au top, propre, terrasse agréable avec vue sur les Pyrénées. Le petit plus, la boulangerie juste à côté de la maison. Accueil super apprécié. Je recommande bien entendu ce gîte avec un super rapport qualité/prix.

Ce gîte porte très bien son nom ! C'est un vrai bonheur, l'accueil du propriétaire, la propreté du gîte, tout est parfait, vaisselle, nécessaire de cuisine... Tout y est ! Le terrain est très bien agencé et décoré, nous avons adoré. Et bien sûr, la vue sur la chaîne des Pyrénées ! Merci pour ce merveilleux Week-end !

P'tit Bonheur jamais un gite n'a autant mérité son nom, l'emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, de plan pieds, d'une propreté irréprochable digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles et cerise sur le gâteau disposant d'un portail à commande électrique. Que dire de plus ? rien si ce n'est la gentilles...
