Gîte not overlooked with breathtaking views of the mountains, fitted out in a beautiful Carthusian house from the 18th century.
Located in a small quiet hamlet in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Chartreuse on a plot of 5000 m2.
La Chouette Parenthèse has been renovated by us with ecological materials (insulation, paints, oils & coatings).
For the summer you will have 2 private terraces.
On the ground floor you will enjoy the large living room-kitchen & its lounge area with the traditional exposed framework.
Library, DVD library (150 DVDs), multimedia space for music and films (no TV channel,) many games for young and old.
Private WiFi (deactivatable) with Internet.
Bedroom 1 (1 double bed) Bedroom 2 (2 single beds or 160 cm bed & 1 single bunk bed), mezzanine equipped with a games area and a relaxation area (extra bedding possible).
Heating central, washing machine, dishes.
Garden furniture, covered parking.
On the spot discovery walk of wild plants depending on the season, bird watching, loans of various wooden games made by the owner.
Varied maps and documentation to discover the Chartreuse massif.
Many hiking and mountain biking routes start from the gîte. 10 minutes walk from the village center by a small path you will find small shops and restaurants, Trail Station, Wellness area, downhill skiing: 800m.
Swimming pool & Pump-track, 15 mins walk.
Nearby: Nordic skiing, Grande Chartreuse Museum, Paladru & Aiguebelette lakes, RivierAlp leisure centre, Grottes de St Christophe...

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte très confortable bien situé au-dessus du bourg de St Pierre de Chartreuse. Il jouit en particulier d'une belle terrasse et d'une vue sur le sommet de Chamechaude. Bien équipé, il dispose de beaux volumes. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires dont il faut souligner la disponibilité.

Gîte très agréable et très bien aménagé.Parfait pour un séjour en famille.Très calme et accès au village très pratique par une petite balade agréable.Propriétaires vraiment très sympa et arrangeant.Je recommande !

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans ce gîte. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Gros point positif : la quantité de jeux et livres disponibles pour les enfants.Merci!
