Parkside Villa is the ultimate celebration house, centrally located in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate.
Sleeping up to 14 guests, Parkside Villa is a spacious property, specifically designed for large groups looking for a unique place to stay.
Whether youâre travelling with family, friends or your hen party, Parkside Villa will provide a luxurious and welcoming home from home in the heart of Harrogate. Guests have access to the full property.
The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Private on-site parking is available for 3 to 4 vehicles. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Parkside Villa. Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Allowed.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Both bedrooms are home to luxurious king size beds, dressed in fresh white linens and plush pillows, you are guaranteed a comfortable rest. This spacious room features two comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV. Head up to the first floor and youâll arrive at the ultra-modern, open-plan kitchen and dining area.
With stone blue wooden cabinets and fully equipped with modern appliances you can prepare home cooked meals for all your guests or call a private chef and enjoy an in-home dining service. The dining area features a large dining table and seating for all guests.

Lovely stay and only reason not 5 stars was couldn’t get in front door on arrival due to key lock box not opening as should have (host and stay lady v helpful on phone and gave us a code for side door). House clean beds comfortable.
