A beautiful, designer detached house with a private swimming pool, garden and barbecue, situated in Maspalomas, just a few minutes’ drive from the beach and the dunes.

With 4 large double bedrooms, all with air conditioning except one. Three of them are located on the main floor, two of which have a double bed and the third has a trundle bed and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom, located on the top floor of the house, has a double bed and a cot. This floor also has a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen, office, Smart TV and access to the terrace on the upper floor of the house.
The property has two full bathrooms in total, a fully equipped independent kitchen with all appliances and dining area.
The living room features a 65" Smart TV and air conditioning, and opens onto a stunning outdoor area where the private pool takes centre stage, surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden and a cosy porch.

Si ubicación y su distribución
En la habitación individual en el colchón inferior estaba sucio y al levantarlo había arena debajo del colchón! Y pagar 180€ por limpieza cuando no se ha efectuado adecuadamente me parece lamentable
