At the foot of the Montagne Noire, this gîte enjoys a privileged natural setting, close to Hautpoul and its famous footbridge offering a unique panoramic view over the Arnette gorges.
Mazamet charms visitors with its industrial heritage, while Castres invites you to stroll along the colorful houses lining the Agout River and discover the Goya Museum.
Nature lovers will appreciate the hiking trails of Pic de Nore, Lake Montagnès, as well as the forests and rivers of the Thoré Valley.
And why not plan a getaway to the nearby Mediterranean beaches? Located on the upper floor and close to the owners’ home, the gîte offers a bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine), a dining area with a large table and bar corner, and a lounge featuring a smart TV with Canal+ and a small library.
The shower room, with WC, completes this space.
The accommodation includes three bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x190 cm) - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190 cm) with private shower room (and one single bed 90x190 cm) - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190 cm) (and one single bed 90x190 cm) Outside, you will enjoy a private enclosed garden, a terrace equipped with a parasol and an electric awning overlooking the garden, as well as a private heated swimming pool (8 x 4.5 m, 1.30 m deep), open from May to mid-September and secured with a lockable manual rolling cover.
On the ground floor, a leisure room with table tennis, badminton equipment and a washing machine is also available.

Un accueil très sympa avec en plus la découverte d une spécialité locale fameuse la piscine est bien entretenue et bien chauffée (ce qui était un plus compte tenu du temps incertain) bref un séjour agréable
