The apartment is 900 meters from the Circumvesuviana for Naples-Pompei-Sorrento, perfect for traveling in the area and reaching all points of interest.
Also nearby are the crater of Vesuvius and the excavations of Herculaneum, both just 2 km away.
The accommodation has a cozy patio, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility in the open air. The 100m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa belonging to the property, with which it shares the garden. The internal space, completely private and with an independent entrance, is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa bed and split A/C - BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, split A/C and TV - BEDROOM II with with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, split A/C and TV - BEDROOM III with with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, split A/C and TV - BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet, shower, washing machine and hairdryer - PATIO equipped with table and chairs, umbrella and outdoor gazebo. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, iron and ironing board, clothes horse. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - There are 7 steps to access the apartament - ATTENTION: the outdoor spaces are under video surveillance with cameras for security reasons - There are cats and a dog on the property, which do not access the apartment - The outdoor kitchen on the patio is NOT usable. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

La casa è carina ma non si sente che è una casa di vacanza il proprietario la usa per mettere vestiti vecchi armadi pieni e chiusi frigo pieno di roba sua e scritto non toccare se si deve alloggiare una casa deve essere libera

A very good price for size of apartment, very comfortable with good sized bedrooms and eating area. The apartment is a little bit dated, but all kitchen appliances work well, we just needed a few more mugs for coffee! Well located for both Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii, a bit of a walk to the train station, but trains are very cheap, but not always on time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Everything was comfortable, clean and well organised, and the property had a lovely welcoming feel. It was a great place to relax and enjoy our time away.
