It has a lovely 28 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and bathrooms.

The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - A 28 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds joined to form a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds - Bathroom with bath and WC First floor - Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds - Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds - Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds - Shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Argenteuil, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the property.

The house had sufficient rooms to host our group of 8 people. The living room open to the dining room made it a comfortable place to come to every evening and be in the same space but not crowded. The door to the balcony and door to the terrace provided sufficient air flow during our summer stay (July). All rooms were clean and bathrooms were spacious and well kept.
