Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, ensuring privacy and comfort. Here’s what’s included:

Inside the Property:
- 2 Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are fully furnished with cosy beds, fresh linens, and ample storage space.
- Living Room: Relax in the stylish lounge area with a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, 1 sofa bed and chic decor.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Guests have access to all kitchen appliances, cookware, utensils, and essentials for cooking and dining.
- Bathroom: A clean, modern bathroom stocked with toiletries, fresh towels, and a shower.
- Dining Area: A cosy dining table to enjoy meals together.

Outside the Property
- Outdoor Space: Access to a private outdoor area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or some fresh air.
- Parking: Free parking is available directly behind the property (you will need the key fob to access this so please let us know if you intend to drive). Alternatively, there’s additional permit parking available in front of the property with a maximum of 3 hours (Mon-Fri 8 am -6 pm Permit Holders H4 or 3 hours with no return within 1 hour).

Entry Instructions
Key Access: A secure key box is located on the side wall. The code for the key box will be provided before check-in.
Self-Check-In: Guests can check in at their convenience after 3:00 PM.
