Cocoonr is delighted to offer you this charming country cottage in Aubignan, featuring mountain views and a shared swimming pool.
It measures 60 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 29 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - A bathroom with a bath and toilet Outside: - A shared (unheated) 250 m² swimming pool, open from April to October - A 15 m² private, unfenced terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Aubignan, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free at the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Carpentras, approximately 8 km away - Nearest airport: Avignon, approximately 40 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
