This stylish 2 bedroom apartment is nestled within a charming period building that has been recently modernised. Thoughtfully finished and equipped with contemporary appliances, it offers ample space for up to 3 guests to relax and unwind in comfort—an ideal home away from home. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Preston, it’s just steps from the train station and a short stroll to local shops, restaurants, and bars, placing you right in the centre of it all.
Blending classic charm with modern comfort, this apartment features a period façade and a stylish, contemporary interior. Inside, you’ll find 2 inviting bedrooms (one double and one single) and 2 bathrooms, including one with a relaxing bathtub. The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, complete with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home cooking. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, then relax on the comfortable sofa or armchair while streaming your favourite shows on the smart TV. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at the start of your stay, and free on-site parking is included for your convenience.
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note that the entrance door to your apartment does NOT lock automatically, you have to manually turn the lock when in the apartment and lock with the key when leaving.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information

Located on a quiet street but still in a central area of Preston, the main Fishergate shopping centre, along with an array of bars, cafes and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away. Just 5 minutes walk takes you to the River Ribble, perfect for a scenic evening stroll along the riverbank and up to Miller and Avenham Parks.
Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. For those travelling by car, Preston is a relatively easy city to drive in and parking is also included at the property. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.
