This modern and stylish 1 bedroom apartment is located in Birmingham city centre within a brand new development. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, clean and modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels, comfortable double bedroom and high speed Wifi throughout. The central location means you are within walking distance of the majority of attractions in the city.
The open plan living area features comfortable furnishings and a large floor to ceiling window letting in plenty of light. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, and there is a dining table for you to sit and enjoy your culinary masterpieces. The comfortable double bedroom will be made up with crisp hotel linen and have plenty of space to hang your clothes and store belongings. The brand new bathroom, is modern and clean and will have fluffy towels for your use and complimentary toiletries. Other amenities include: dishwasher, washing machine and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. There is a double sofa bed in the living area that can be used for an extra charge of £10 per day. There is also a communal roof terrace that you can make use of during your stay.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.
