The space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, and smart Tv. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes and belongings. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also free parking on site.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.
