Brighton Laines is a charming Victorian townhouse nestled in a quiet street in the heart of the city, just moments from the sea and surrounded by an abundance of unique shops â a true snooperâs paradise! This beautifully designed, three-story home features four spacious double bedrooms, each with ornate fireplaces, comfortable beds, and plenty of storage.
Relax in style with a luxurious family bathroom that includes a large walk-in shower, plus an additional ensuite.
The property boasts an inviting dining area and a spacious living room with oversized sofas perfect for gathering.
Outside, a private, sunny garden awaits, ideal for al fresco dining and unwinding in Brightonâs vibrant atmosphere. Guests will have access to the entire space for themselves during their stay.
Access details will be provided prior to your arrival. Due to Brighton & Hove council restrictions we do not accept party groups, including stag and hen parties.
There should not be noise in the outside areas after 9.30pm or before 8am, in consideration of the neighbours. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

Additional rules: - Please take your shoes off when inside the property. - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
