In the heart of the Champsaur valley, independent wooden chalet with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
The cottage located in one of the communes of the Ecrins National Park is the ideal place to discover the exceptional fauna and flora and to practice multiple outdoor activities.
For the design of the cottage, ecological materials were used (wood, straw, cellulose wadding, etc.) and devices to ensure excellent thermal comfort (heating by wood pellet stove, triple glazing, double-flow CMV, etc.).
The chalet is arranged on 2 levels, it has a ground floor entrance, with living room, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, etc.), lounge area with TV, DVD player.
One bedroom (1 double bed), shower room-WC, washing machine.
Upstairs mezzanine area and one bedroom (3 single beds), separate WC.
Large 22 m² terrace facing south with garden furniture, barbecue.
Equipment storage space.
Farm cottage with possibility of visiting the farm.
From the cottage, many possibilities for hiking and mountain biking activities; nearby: Champsaur lake, Aulagnier, Saint-Bonnet aquatic center, Chaillol ski resort, Laye, Gap-Bayard Nordic area, golf, water activities and many possibilities for discovering the Champsaur heritage (places to visit, built heritage, etc.).

Super séjour au calme avec vue sur la montagne. Gîte conforme aux photos,bien équipé et agréable. Bien situé, proche des commodités. Beaucoup de choses à faire autour, que ce soit balades en montagne ou animations.Très belle région. Nous y retournons l'année prochaine.

C'est la seconde fois que nous louons ce gite. Que ce soit à l'automne ou au printemps, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'endroit est paisible, reposant, le gite spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont adorables et bienveillants. Nous reviendrons surement ...

la maison est très belle , située au calme et très bien équipée.La ville de Saint Bonnet est rapidement accessible et de plus on peut acheter de délicieux pains et fromages dans la ferme située à quelques dizaines de mètres du gite .A conseiller absolument !!!!
