In the Ecrins National Park, in the hamlet of Gourniers, gateway to the central area of the Park.
The gîte "Les Chamands" is located on the ground floor of the owners' house and on one level.
It has an independent entrance via a private terrace with a few stairs.
Entrance to a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave), a dining area and a pleasant lounge area, TV.
A wood stove enhances this room and provides a pleasant additional heating (wood included) to the electrical system. 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 x 190) as well as a small bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190), a bathroom (with washing machine) and a separate toilet complete the layout of this gîte.
In contact with the great outdoors, this accommodation allows the practice of many outdoor activities: leisure center at 500m, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, discovery of fauna, flora, canyoning, access to the Serre-Ponçon lake or discovery of the exceptional heritage of the Savines-le-Lac and Embrun region.
In winter, access to the Nordic ski area at 300m, to the Réallon resort at 12km and to the ski or snowshoe hiking trails a few meters from the cottage.

des vues magnifiques en randonnées , un gite au top ,propre , fonctionnel ,le propriétaire Jean -Michel très sympathique ,très à l ' écoute , ses cadeaux et ses attentions qui font vraiment plaisir et que l on a rarement dans les locations .a recommander à tous nos amis .un grand mercimartine

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances en bénéficiant d’une météo très agréable dans un gîte fonctionnel auprès d’un propriétaire accueillant et connaissant très bien sa région. Il est possible de randonner tous les jours au départ du gîte.
