The gîte, arranged on two levels with entrance on the ground floor, has a large living room with a fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, ceramic hob and complete equipment), the dining area and the comfortable lounge area have been fitted out in a beautiful vaulted room, TV.

Elegant wood stove-cooker (wood provided) to supplement the electric heating system, bathroom, separate toilet.

Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms (2 double beds 160 x 200 cm and 1 single bed).

In contact with the great outdoors, this accommodation allows the practice of many outdoor activities: hiking, fishing, mountain biking, discovery of fauna, flora, canyoning, access to the Serre-Ponçon lake or discovery of the exceptional heritage of the Savines-le-Lac and Embrun region.

In winter, access to the Nordic ski area 300 m away, to the Réallon resort 12 km away and to the ski or snowshoe hiking trails from the gîte.
