Pleasantly furnished gîte in a completely independent house with a large private plot of 1500 m² and a south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the entire valley, close to mountain pastures and hiking trails.
The cottage has a comfortable living room of 40 m² with lounge area and dining area, TV with DVD player, wood stove (wood provided) in addition to electric heating, direct access to the terrace.
The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and all the necessary equipment).
On the same level there is also a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bathroom (with shower and corner bath) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one for 2 people (1 bed 140 x 190 cm) and a bedroom with 3 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds, separate shower room-WC.
Washing machine.
Rental of sheets and towels, optional cleaning service at the end of the stay.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.
Private parking on site.
From the cottage, many opportunities for outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, cycling routes and access to 2 km to all services and many activities related to the presence of the ski resort of Vars-Risoul.
Ski slopes at 2 km and free shuttle bus at 100m.

Magnifique chalet au dessus de l'appartement du propriétaire très discret et serviable. Séjour très agréable en famille, au milieu de la nature, bel exterieur et tres ensoleillé même le soir. Seuls les lits doubles un peu durs pourraient être un point à améliorer. Tyrolienne et balançoire pour petits enfants.

Les Lyonnais
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très confortable. La vue sur la station de Vars, Guillestre et les sommets des écrins tout à la fois, est magnifique. Idéal comme point de départ de randonnées et parfait en période de canicule ! Merci également à Emmanuel pour son amabilité et sa disponibilité.

Gîte conforme à la description : très beau chalet, avec tout le confort, propre et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes !Les ados comme les adultes avons apprécié ce séjour.La communication avec le propriétaire était parfaite et respectueuse.Location au pied de quelques randonnées.Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
