In the heart of the village of Saint-Véran in a tastefully renovated traditional house on 3 levels with 2 south-facing balconies with an unobstructed view of the mountains.
The large living room is arranged on two levels with dining area and open kitchen on the lower level and relaxation area on the mezzanine with direct access, on each level, to one of the balconies.

The kitchen area is well equipped with dishwasher, plenty of storage space, various small household appliances...
A bedroom with a bed for 2 people, as well as a bathroom and a separate WC are also located on the first level.
Washing machine and dryer in small utility room.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms including 1 small bedroom have 2 double beds.
Access to the last two bedrooms in the attic by a miller's ladder, they have 2 double beds and a single bed.
Second shower room and WC on the second level.
Central heating.
A room is available for storing equipment and skis.
The cottage is located near many hiking and mountain biking trails, the slopes of the ski resort are 400 m away.
