At the entrance to the Clarée Valley, a detached, locally built larch chalet located on the outskirts of the small village of La Vachette.
Entrance via a small wooden staircase leads to a pleasantly furnished living room with an open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob and all the necessary equipment), a lounge area with a wood pellet stove (wood provided), TV, Wi-Fi, and direct access to the south-facing terrace with garden furniture.
Separate toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 160 x 200 cm beds and 3 80 cm beds, 2 of which can be joined together).
Shower room and second separate toilet.
Each bedroom has access to the balcony.
For a vehicle or to store equipment, the gîte has a private garage.
This accommodation is ideally located: it provides access to the various natural sites of this listed valley and countless hiking trails; In winter, access to the Nordic ski slopes is 500 m away or to the shuttle to get to the Montgenèvre slopes.
The Serre Chevalier resort is not far away since the Prorel slopes are located 6 km from the chalet.
Many possibilities for outdoor activities and discovery of the natural and historical heritage (listed site of the Vauban fortifications, traditional villages of the valley, historic city of Briançon, Parc des Ecrins, Névache, Vallée étroite...).
Access is made easier by the proximity of the N 94 giving access to the Montgenèvre pass.

Le gîte est splendide, moderne, très complet. L'équipement est très bien pensé et il est très bien situé, à l'entrée de la vallée de la Clarée.Le propriétaire est très sympathique et de très bon conseil.C'est certain. Nous y retournerons!

Excellent accueil par le propriétaire. Gîte tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très confortable. Environnement calme.Localisation intéressante, au début de la vallée de la Clarée, permettant d'accéder facilement aux randonnées de la vallée comme à celles des vallées voisines.
