The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency proposes you to rent, in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, this 54 m² flat with mountain view, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a 54 m² living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom and shower room.
The accommodation comprises - A 54 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC - A loggia For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities : Amélie-les-Bains is a pleasant little spa town, between the sea and the mountains, with its Catalan culture, carnival and folk festival. - Thermal cure at Amélie-les-Bains - Sports activities at the natural leisure centre: supervised swimming (in summer), space for running, walking and strolling, a fitness trail, a fishing lake...
But also, from the first days of spring, a wide range of fun and sporting activities. (paddle, canoe, pedalo, inflatable water game, ski lift). - Coach excursions available: Carcassonne, Sète, Le Perthus, Gran Jonquera, Barcelona... - Relaxation on the beaches of Argeles-sur-Mer, Saint-Cyprien or Collioure and water sports activities: diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
Free public parking is also available just outside the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - The shuttle bus stop is just outside the residence. - Nearest train station: Perpignan station, 37km away (about 40 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Perpignan airport 42km away (approx. 45 minutes by car).
Other remarks : - Pets accepted free of charge.
Only one pet per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
