Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 120 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Moissac-Bellevue, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 5,000 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 27 m² living room with TV, double sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with two bunk beds ( 4 sleeps )
- Two bathrooms with bath
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 5 m x 10 m, accessible from June to October.
- A 5,000 m² garden, fully enclosed and wooded.
- A pergola (4 m x 3 m) with outdoor seating area.
- A 10 m² patio to make the most of sunny days.
- A 12 m² terrace, perfect for sunset aperitifs.
The house is ideally located in Moissac-Bellevue, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Near the accommodation, you will find the lively and friendly Provençal markets of Riez, Salernes and Lorgues.
There is also the Valensole plateau with its lavender fields, rich in colour and fragrance.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Les Arcs - Draguignan about 45 km away
- Nearest airports: Marseille & Nice at around 110 km
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are included
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement.
- The fireplace is decorative and should not be used.
