Comfortable 55 sqm apartment in the heart of Parma.
The accommodation, which can host up to 4 guests, is located on the first floor of a period building without lift.
Please note that there is one step to access the building and stairs to reach the apartment. The residence is located in the historic center (Traffic-Restricted Area), overlooking the square and the church of San Bartolomeo. The property consists of bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The internal space is organized as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (for two people), armchairs, SMART TV, dining table with chairs, clothes rack and split A/C; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchenware and wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet, WC and washing machine. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via split (one split in the living room), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. ATTENTION: the bedroom is not equipped with split A/C. ATTENTION: Work is underway at Piazzale San Bartolomeo 11 in Parma. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode. The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival. Nice clean apartment. Checkin was simple and the others was easy. The only downside was the AC remote batteries didn't work and the refrigerator also was not working. There are a couple restaurants outside that can make a good bit of noise until about midnight, besides that fantastic place to stay.

L'hôte n'a pas été présent et tout s'est bien passé sans que nous ne rencontrions personne. L'appartement est impeccablement distribué, pas trop petit, très bien proportionné, les matériaux nobles, le lit parfaitement orienté et l'énergie générale très favorable.
